My order has not started, what should I do?+

If you're experiencing issues with your order, please ensure you have:

  • Provided the correct Instagram username
  • Not changed the Instagram username
  • Allowed at least 24 hours for completion of your order.
  • Set the Instagram username to public

If you have experienced any issues with your order or you think you have made a mistake, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team at the following page so that we can resolve this issue ASAP.

Why is my follower count going low+

Don't worry! If you experience and drops in followers within the first 30 days of your purchase, we will automatically refill any drops with our Superviral Refill guarantee within 12-24 hours.

How to disable refills+

To disable or re-enable your refills for your followers, please complete the following steps:

  1. Locate your five digitorder number; your order number is contained within the confirmation email provided. Ensure you search both your "inbox" and" junk" folder.
  2. Navigate to the "Track my Order " page by Superviral
  3. Enter in your order number and email address you've used to make your order.
  4. Click on the "Track my Order" button.
  5. Under the "30 days auto-refill guarantee" section, please click on the "Disable refills" button to disable refills.

To re-enable your refills, simply click on the same button to resume.

I've changed my mind; can I change or remove the order?+

Unfortunately, all orders start immediately after payment has completed. Due to the rapid speed of delivery, we are unable to undo the delivery.

If you still choose you do not want the followers, Instagram allows for the manual removal of followers of your choice.

How often do you replenish the followers? +

Upon completion of your order, our systems automatically scan your account every 12-16 hours for drops in followers. If any are detected, we will replenish your followers instantly.
